Role of royalty	Buddha was born into the position of royalty, but when he began his spiritual journey he gave up this title to become a man of the people.	Jesus was born as a man of the people, however when he became a spiritual leader he started to refer to himself as 'The King of the Jews'.
Death	Buddha died peacefully from old age, surrounded by his disciples and monks.	Jesus died on the cross while he was still young, surrounded by thieves and murderers
Other Religions	Buddha was undisputed for his teachings and peacefully accepted all people.	Jesus met many people who opposed he teaching, as well as supported him. Many of these people were the religious officials who felt threatened by what Jesus preached.
